Day 8 - 21DSD - Fav dish so far - Zucchini with Beef

Day 8. Feeling great!

Planned breakfast: Plain yogurt with cinnamon and green apple.
Actual breakfast: Plain yogurt with cinnamon and green apple. Yum!

Morning snacks: Brazil nuts. Yum!

Planned lunch: Spinach with ham, tomatoes, other veges and havarti cheese.
Actual lunch:Spinach with ham, tomatoes, other veges and havarti cheese, and egg.

Made it through the afternoon with some almonds.

Planned & Actual dinner: Zucchini with ground beef, tomatoes, garlic, basil and grated cheese.

We were supposed to have a friend for dinner (so I made lots) but she got a call for work so Jay and I ended up eating it all it was sooo good. Pigs I know.

Now I'm taking Sadie for a walk and Jay is going to the gym so we'll work it off ha!
